Founded in 1977, the Professional School of Bartending has grown into a well respected leader of professional bartender training. Over 10,000 students have enrolled in our programs in the last 35 years. Drawing from our vast exposure to the industry and communicating with owners, managers and bartending  staff it became evident that a consulting service, specializing in detailed bar operations is a necessary and needed service.
